القيادة التحويلية وعلاقتها ببعض المتغيرات التنظيمية في المؤسسات التعليمية : دراسة تحليل بعدي
Transformational leadership plays an important role in the management of educational institutions because of their positive effects. The current research aims to identify the effect size of transformational leadership on job satisfaction, organizational citizenship, employee empowerment, administrative and organizational creativity, organizational culture, and morale of workers in educational institutions. It aims also to identify the impact of gender and educational stage variables on the targeted effect size. The study sample consisted of 39 studies and research published between 2000-2019. Results indicated that the effect size of transformational leadership on job satisfaction, employee empowerment, organizational citizenship, and morale was average, while for administrative and organizational creativity and organizational culture was high. Moreover, it indicated a significant impact of the gender and educational stage variables in effect size of transformational leadership on employee empowerment and organizational citizenship. There was no significant effect on job satisfaction, managerial and organizational creativity, organizational culture, and morale. (Published abstract)
