The study aimed to identify the impact of the trend towards the teaching profession on teachers' beliefs about dealing with mathematics (solving mathematical problems, mathematical inference, and mathematical communication). The study used the descriptive method, was also used to collect results from the field. A measure of mathematics teachers' beliefs about solving, inference, and communication, and A measure of direction towards the teaching profession. On a sample of (134) male and female professors of mathematics for the intermediate and secondary education stages in the state of Algeria for the academic year 2018-2019. The study concluded that the positive attitudes that teachers hold towards the teaching profession affect their beliefs about dealing with mathematics, especially from the dimensions of problem solving and reasoning. While I found that the teachers' beliefs about dealing with mathematics were not affected by the stage they study and the gender of the professors. (Published abstract)
