This study aims to: Clarify the relationship of mental health with emotional balance in the orphan adolescent and to identify the effect of the bilateral interaction between them. Therefore, the study problem was formulated as follows: Is there a relationship between mental health and emotional balance among orphaned adolescents? To answer the main question, we put forward the following hypotheses: 1) There is a relationship between mental health and emotional balance among orphaned adolescents. 2) There are statistically significant differences in the scores of orphaned adolescents on the mental health scale and the emotional balance scale according to the gender variable. The study sample consisted of (n = 26) orphaned adolescents between the ages of (11 and 14) years. The place of conducting the study also included the institution of the "Association of Muslim Scholars" and the completions of "Buras Al-Kameli" and "Maymoon Ali" in Guelma. The descriptive correlative approach was chosen. And reliance on two tools: the mental health scale of: "Bayoumi Khalil" and the emotional balance scale: "Adel Muhammad". Based on the data of this study, we reached the following results: 1) There is a positive correlation between mental health and emotional balance among orphaned adolescents. 2) There are statistically significant differences in the scores of orphaned adolescents on the mental health scale and the emotional balance scale according to the gender variable.
