The purpose of this research study is to examine the correlation between job satisfactions and achievement motivation, also their levels amongst professional and scholar orientation advisors. Thus, investigating the differences within the same variables according to their age, gender, specialty and qualification: This study was conducted for a sample 157 advisors and supervisors chosen randomly with the following outcome: 1) There is no relationship statistically significant between the job satisfaction and the achievement motivation within the advisors. 2) The level of job satisfaction of advisors is low. 3) The level of achievement motivation of advisers is moderate. 4) No differences occurred to achievement motivation levels amongst the advisors according to age. 5) Differences are occurred to job satisfaction according to age. 6) No significant differences occurred to job satisfaction according to sex. 7) No significant differences are occurred to motivation achievement according to gender. 8) No significant differences are occurred to job satisfaction according to specialty. 9) No significant differences are occurred to achievement motivation according to specialty. 10) No significant differences are occurred to job satisfaction according to scientific qualification. 11) No significant differences are occurred to achievement motivation according to scientific qualification.
