The study aimed to identify empirically the impact of an educational program based on the strategy of brainstorming teaching in the development of reading understanding skills in fourth-year primary students with reading understanding difficulties. In our research, we relied on a semi-experimental approach, and with regard to the final research sample, it reached 20 pupils, divided them into two experimental and officer groups and each group that included 10 pupils with reading difficulties in the fourth year of primary school, which we derived from the primary school bakary Ahmed in Bayadha province of el oued state, during that, the reading comprehension test and the educational program based on the brainstorming strategy were used. The research found that the training program applied to the brainstorming teaching strategy was effective in improving the reading level of reading understanding among fourth-year primary students with reading understanding difficulties.
