This study aimed to assess the level of transformational leadership practice among private school principals in Lebanon, with a special focus on the Mount Lebanon region. The descriptive analytical approach was used to collect and analyze the data. A convenient sample of teachers of four schools was selected, consisting of two schools managed by male principals and two schools managed by female principals, along with the teachers in these schools. The study yielded several key findings. No statistically significant relationship was observed between the level of principals' transformational leadership practice and variables such as age and gender. However, a statistically significant relationship was found between the level of principals' transformational leadership practice and variables such as educational level and years of experience. The study also revealed that the physical and human work environment in the school can impact the level of transformational leadership practice. Furthermore, a very slight difference was observed in the level of application of transformational leadership based on its five dimensions, and this rate was considered high. There was no difference in responses regarding the general level of transformational leadership practice concerning age, gender, educational level, and years of experience of the teachers. Based on the results, several recommendations were proposed which include strengthening the five dimensions of transformational leadership, developing transformational leadership skills, promoting communication and collaboration, providing a supportive environment for creativity, encouraging learning and professional development, and building a strong team within the educational institution.
