أثر استخدام استراتيجيات التعلم النشط في تكوين المفاهيم البيولوجية لدى أطفال الروضة في لواء الشوبك
The study aimed at revealing the impact of using active learning on the formation of biological concepts among kindergarten children in Al-Shoubak District. To achieve the goal of the study, the quasi-experimental approach was applied to two groups: experimental and control. The population of the study consisted of all government kindergarten children in the Directorate of Education in Al-Shoubak District in the academic year 2019/2020. The study was applied to a sample of (60) children who were distributed into two groups: 1) an experimental group consisting of (30) children who were taught using active learning strategies; 2) a control group consisting of (30) children who were taught using the conventional way. An illustrated test was used to measure the biological concepts. After conducting the statistical analysis and the post-test in biological concepts formation, the results of the study showed that there is a statistically significant difference at the level of (α≤ 0.05) between the arithmetic means of the individuals of the study sample scores or the two group in favor of the experimental group attributed to active learning. The results also showed the absence of statistically significant differences attributable to gender, as well as the absence of statistically significant differences attributable to the effect of interaction between the teaching method and gender. The study ended with a specific recommendation. (Published abstract)
