The study aimed at identifying the role of the female Kindergarten principals in promoting the use of modern educational games in developing the language communication skills of kindergarten children. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive, analytical approach was adopted where the researcher prepared a questionnaire and distributed it to a sample of (102) female teachers of kindergarten in the directorate of education of Mafraq which was chosen through the census approach from the study population. After conducting the statistical analysis through the SPSS, the study found that there was an average role for the female Kindergarten principals in promoting the use of modern educational games in developing the language communication skills of kindergarten children, The means of the study sample estimates on the items of planning and follow up were high, The means of the study sample estimates for the items of implementation and evaluation were medium, No significant differences were found for the variables of years of experience, educational qualification and educational sector. The Study came out with several useful recommendations. (Published abstract)
