The study aims to identify the impact of practicing creative leadership among educational supervisors on developing the performance of teachers in Palestine. The study addressed the concept of educational supervision, and the tasks assigned to it, and clarified the role of the educational supervisor in improving the performance of teachers, which is reflected on the level of students and on the educational system in the school. It was adopted The study is based on the descriptive analytical method as it is one of the most widely used methods in studying human social phenomena. The study reached a set of results and recommendations, as the study confirmed that the availability of leadership traits among supervisors will contribute to developing and improving teachers’ performance, including improving the educational process. The study concluded with a set of recommendations aimed at raising the level of creative leadership among educational supervisors. (Published abstract)
