The study aimed to identify the obstacles to using active learning in middle schools in Madinah from the teachers' point of view, and to achieve this, the researcher used the descriptive approach, and the tool was represented in a questionnaire that was applied to a sample of (232) middle school teachers, and the study reached the following results: It came in the first order The second axis is the obstacles related to the school environment with a percentage of (81.30%), and the second axis comes in the fifth axis the student-related obstacles with a percentage of (78.60%). 80%). In the fourth rank, the first axis came in the obstacles related to school administration, with a percentage of (74.50%), and then came in the fifth and last rank, the fourth axis, obstacles related to the teacher, with a percentage of (73.60%). There was no statistically significant discrepancy between the study sample towards the axes of the questionnaire barriers to the use of active learning in middle schools in Madinah according to the subjects they study in all the questionnaire axes, And the total of the axes (the questionnaire as a whole), which indicates the agreement of the study sample on those axes.). The study also recommended providing an educational environment that stimulates active learning by providing all the needs of active learning from educational halls and projectors to make the school environment fertile for active education, setting material and moral incentives for teachers who use active learning in teaching students, and activating the educational school principal’s role to activate active learning within The school and make its school environment supervised by the environment a catalyst for the use of active learning, and encourage students who interact in the event of the use of active learning and perform their role in the process of active learning as an active member in the educational process through moral or material encouragement for them at the level of the classroom, school or supervising education departments Ali school.
