This study aimed to know the role of visual media and social media in enhancing communication between the school and the family during the Corona Virus Pandemic (COVID-19) from the viewpoint of the parents of students, by highlighting the positive aspects of these two methods in enhancing communication between the school and the family during the Corona Virus pandemic (COVID-19) From the viewpoint of the students ’parents, the optimal employment of students and the obstacles that prevent them from properly employing them. The study was conducted on a sample of (216) of the parents of Palestinian and Jordanian school students during the Corona Virus Pandemic (COVID-19) in the second semester of the academic year (2019-2020), they were chosen using a simple random sample method. Based on the literature of research and previous studies and expert advice from academics in Palestinian and Jordanian universities, a questionnaire was built to collect data from the study sample that included three dimensions, and consisted of (16) paragraphs. Among the most important findings of the study from the recommendations of the necessity of activating the role of visual media and social media in promoting communication between the school and the family during the Corona Virus Pandemic (COVID-19) to improve the relationship between them.
