This study aimed to assess the availability of crisis management requirements in fire accidents at the women's educational institution, through a case study at the thirty-one middle school in the region Makkah Al-Mukarramah, where the topic was rooted from the theoretical point of view, and the researcher used the descriptive analytical method on a sample of (174) female leaders, teachers and school administrations, and the study used the case study and a questionnaire composed of basic data and (47) A phrase covering its items and themes and its wording has been formulated by benefiting from previous studies in this field. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: The majority of the study community does not agree with the availability of crisis management requirements in fire accidents in women's educational institutions, disagree on the extent of preparation, accidents, and school accidents respondents, there are no statistically significant differences towards the crisis management requirements in Fire accidents in the women's educational institution according to variables: the type of building, the educational qualification, the duration of training and the scientific qualification, And there are statistically significant differences towards the requirements of crisis management in fire accidents in the women's educational institution in the job variable for the benefit of the teacher The variable of experience is in favor of the group that has experience in schools, and they are (11-15) years of education, which are statistically significant. Based on the previous results, the researcher presented a set of recommendations, including the importance of developing and activating a national strategy that the Ministry of Education is implementing in all educational institutions, including advanced training for educational leaders on leadership of crises in educational institutions in the form of training seminars. Attention besides pre-planning crises in educational institutions by implementing evacuation plans in a form It is codified to explain to students the purpose and steps to be implemented so that they are applied at least once per semester On the one hand, constant monitoring and follow-up on the dangerous behaviors of female students in terms of smoking or the use of flame sources and the involvement of parents in the integration of awareness and guidance.
