This study aimed to identify the extent to which the rights of persons with disabilities are included in the Jordanian curriculum, specifically the curriculum for civic education in the first basic stage, and to examine the differences in the inclusion of their rights according to the variable of the classes, and to examine that, a method of content analysis was used, and the results of the study showed after analyzing the curriculum that There is a clear lack of the overall rights of persons with disabilities in the civic education curriculum, dedication to specific stereotypes: (motor disability, and visual disability), and a difference in the use of the term in all civic education investigations in the initial training phase. And in light of the results that It reached, the study recommends the researcher to include the rights of persons with disabilities, as a focus of the main themes in the conceptual framework of the Platform for Civic Education.
