This study aimed to identify the requirements of applying Differentiated supervision in Oman from the point view of Art supervisors and teachers, and to identify the statistically significant differences in participants' perceptions of the requirements attributed to position, governorate, and experience. To achieve this aim, the study followed the descriptive approach. A questionnaire of (37) items classified into four domains of requirements (legislative, administrative, technical, financial) was used. It was administered to a random sample consisted of (300) teachers and (44) supervisors in six governorates (Dakhilya, Muscat, Dhofar, south Batinah, north Batinah, north Sharqiya). Findings of the study revealed the following: 1) Participants of the study rated requirements as very high in the degree of importance. 2) There was no statistically significant difference in participants' perceptions of the importance of these requirements attributed to position and experience. 3) There was statistically significant difference in participants' perceptions of the importance of these requirements in the technical requirement domain attributed to educational governorate in favor of Muscat. 4) There was statistically significant difference in participants' perceptions of the importance of these requirements attributed to educational governorate in favor of Muscat and south Batinah. Based on findings, the study concluded to a set of requirements from the respondents' point of view that will activate the application of Differentiated supervision in Oman. (Published abstract)
