This study aimed to identify the organizational ingenuity of school principals of grades (10-12) and its relationship to the organizational adaptation of teachers in Al Sharqiyah North Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman. (130) teachers in grades (10-12) schools in Al Sharqiyah North Governorate, Sultanate of Oman. The results of the study that the level of organizational ingenuity among principals is high and there were no statistically significant differences due to the study variables (specialization and years of experience), except for the gender variable. The results of the study also revealed that the level of organizational adaptation among teachers is very high, there are no statistically significant due to the study variables (specialization, years of experience) and there is a positive correlation between the level of application of organizational ingenuity for school principals, and the level of organizational adaptation of teachers in North Al Sharqiyah Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman.
