This research report aims to know: educational waste because of the Corona pandemic in some public education schools for the secondary stage in Jeddah, and the researcher adopted the procedural research model because it is the appropriate approach to the procedures of the research report, as it relied on the interview, questionnaire, documents, statistics, and official records to know and draw results. The report population consisted of four secondary general education schools affiliated with the Education Office in central Jeddah. After analyzing the results, the research report concluded that the percentage of educational waste in government schools (sample of the research report) for the secondary stage was 2% during the time 2019-2022, and based on the results of this report, the researcher came up with a set of recommendations and suggestions, the most important of which were: The concerned authorities should consider the conditions of female students who have a low level in the subject grades, give them more flexibility, and set classes for reinforcement. Secondary schools should rehabilitate female teachers in the educational aspect, and the necessity of releasing female teachers to work very seriously and not to preoccupy them with administrative burdens or other programs. In light of the results of this report, a large number of researches can be conducted in this field, the most important of which are: follow-up or longitudinal studies to estimate the real waste in secondary, middle and primary schools and the preparation of programs to reduce the dropout of female students at all academic levels; and not obtaining the required degree, studying the cost-effectiveness of programs to improve and reduce educational waste in public education schools.
