This study aimed to identify the degree of creative leadership practice among female leaders of primary schools in the city of Riyadh, and to reveal the obstacles that hinder their practice, and suggestions for their application from the point of view of the study sample members. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive survey method, and the questionnaire as a tool for the study, which consisted of (25) phrases divided into two areas (the degree of practice, obstacles), and the study population consisted of all primary school teachers in the city of Riyadh, who numbered (5986), and the study sample consisted of (136) applicants to ask to fill out the questionnaire, which is a simple sample representative of the study population, and statistical methods were used to reach its results. The most important of these results are: 1) The study members agreed with a high degree on the degree to which primary school leaders in Riyadh practice the process of authenticity as one of the dimensions of innovative leadership, where the MEAN of the study sample members reached (2.22 out of 4.00), SD = (0.676). 2) The study members agreed to an above-average degree on the degree to which primary school leaders in Riyadh practice the flexibility process as one of the dimensions of innovative leadership. The MEAN of the study sample members reached (2.17 out of 4.00), SD = (0.706). 3) The study members agreed to a medium degree on the personal obstacles facing the leaders of primary schools in the city of Riyadh for the process of personal obstacles, where the MEAN of the study sample members reached (1.62 out of 4.00, SD = (0.748). 4) The study members agreed to a moderate degree on the administrative obstacles facing primary school leaders in the city of Riyadh towards practicing innovative leadership. The MEAN of the study sample members reached (1.72 out of 4.00, SD = (0.811). (Published abstract)
