The study addressed the field of educational management, it aimed to know the role of high school principal in enforcing social control from the view point of Educational Supervisors in Karrari locality. The researcher followed the descriptive method, the sample was (77) of the supervisors, the questionnaire was used as a tool of data collection, the data was analyzed by the statistical package of the social sciences (SPSS), (T) test, the one-way analysis of variance, and Person correlation. The researcher came to many results, the most important: There were statistically significant differences in favor of high school principal at the significance level of ( 0.05) in respect to his role in controlling the massage of school radio, there were no statistically significant differences at significance level of (0.05) in the high school principal role in the activation of student counseling unit, there were no statistically significant differences at significance in the arithmetic averages of the sample individual attributable to the gender variable in all axes of study they also were no differences attributable to Educational qualification variable except on the axis of school radio. Through what the researcher came to as results, she offered many recommendation the most important: The necessity to develop school radio tools and to review the content of the school radio massage daily, the necessity to activate the student counseling unit in order for it to work effectively as reducing student’s behavioral issues, solving the problems impeding the performance of high school principals in Karrari locality.
