This study aims to reveal the extent to which values are included in primary-state life skills books contents in KSA and Oman. The study population includes first primary grade life skills books in KSA and Oman. The study sample consists of life and family skills books content of first primary grade. To achieve these objectives, the researcher adopted descriptive approach using content analysis style, and content analysis card is designed. The tool validity is verified after having been reviewed by arbitrators. The study revealed that total frequencies of values were (194) in KSA and (146) in Oman. The findings indicate that there were statistically significant differences in economic and family values inclusion in favor of life skills book in KSA, and health values inclusion in favor of life skills in Oman. There were not statistically significant differences in including religions, ethical, social, cognitive, national and aesthetic values in both books. The most prominent recommendations were the importance of including religious and ethical values in the first-grade primary life skills books in both States, while the most significant suggestions were conduction of analytical study to reveal the extent to which the values were included in life skills books at different stages.
