أثر توظيف القصّة الرقمية في اكتساب المفاهيم العلمية لدى طلبة الصف الثالث في مبحث العلوم
The study aimed to assess the impact of using digital storytelling on the acquisition of scientific concepts among third-grade students. The experimental semi-experimental methodology with control and experimental groups was employed. The study involved 49 students, and a scientific concepts test was developed, ensuring its validity and reliability. Two classes were randomly assigned: one as the control group (25 students) using traditional teaching methods and the other as the experimental group (24 students) exposed to digital storytelling. The results showed a statistically significant difference in the mean scores of third-grade students in scientific concepts in favor of the experimental group that was taught using digital stories. Based on the study findings, several recommendations were put forward. These included the necessity of providing intensive training programs for teachers on creating and utilizing digital stories in the educational process, emphasizing the integration of scientific content with interactive and technological elements. Furthermore, educational institutions were encouraged to develop and provide diverse digital stories covering various scientific concepts in the third-grade curriculum, ensuring their availability for all teachers and students.
