فاعلية برنامج تدريبي في إكساب معلمي المرحلة الأساسية لمهارات تصميم وإنتاج محتوى رقمي تفاعلي
The study was conducted with the objective of examining. The Effectiveness of a Training Programme in Providing Elementary Teachers with Designing and Producing Interactive Digital Content Skills. Employing an experimental approach, the study employed the "Articulate Storyline 360" authoring software to implement the training program. The experimental group comprised 20 geography teachers selected from the elementary stage of the Education Directorate of Al-Qweismeh. The study utilized pre-test and post-test assessments to measure the participants' cognitive skills. Additionally, pre- and post-performance observation cards were used to measure their performance skills in designing interactive digital content. The results of the study demonstrated the effectiveness of the training program in equipping elementary stage teachers with skills in designing and producing interactive digital content. This was evidenced by statistically significant differences between the pre-test and post-test results, favoring the post-test. The results also indicated the effectiveness of the proposed program in developing performance skills, with statistically significant differences between the pre-performance and post-performance levels, favoring the post-performance. Furthermore, the results revealed a strong positive correlation between the acquisition of cognitive skills and the improvement of practical performance in designing and producing interactive digital content.Based on the findings, the study presented several recommendations, including the necessity of developing and implementing a comprehensive and rigorous training program that targets the skills of designing and producing interactive digital content for elementary stage teachers. It also emphasized the importance of executing a well-organized and integrated training program that focuses on the performance aspect of designing and producing interactive digital content for elementary stage teachers.
