This study aimed to identify the degree to which principals of basic education schools’ practice entrepreneurial leadership and its relationship to the job excellence of teachers in Al Dakhiliyah Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman. Their number is (3920) male and female teachers. It was applied to a sample of (430) male and female teachers in basic education schools in Al Dakhiliyah Govern-orate. Among the most important findings of the study: that the degree of entrepreneurial leadership practice among school principals in Al Dakhiliyah Govern-orate in the Sultanate of Oman was very high, and also revealed that there were no statistically significant differences in the estimates of the study sample members for the degree of entrepreneurial leadership practice among school principals in Al Dakhiliyah Govern-orate in the Sultanate of Oman. Amman, due to the variables of educational stage and years of experience. The results of the study also indicated that there were statistically significant differences in the estimates of the study sample members of the degree of leadership practice among school principals, due to the gender variable in favor of females, with the exception of the fourth axis (risk tolerance). The results of the study also revealed that there were statistically significant differences due to the educational qualification variable in all axes of entrepreneurial leadership in favor of a bachelor’s sample and less. The results of the study indicated that the level of job excellence for teachers of basic education schools in Al Dakhiliyah Govern-orate in the Sultanate of Oman came to a very high level. Gender, educational level, and years of experience. The results of the study also revealed that there were statistically significant differences in the estimates of the study sample members of the level of job excellence among basic education teachers in Al Dakhiliyah Govern-orate in the Sultanate of Oman due to the educational qualification variable in the first and second axes (capability to take risks, and the ability to devise distinct ideas and solutions to problems), in favor of a sample Bachelor's degree and less, except for the third axis (possession of the ability to change). The results also found that there is a direct correlation between the degree of school principals' practice of entrepreneurial leadership, and its relationship to the job excellence of the teachers of those schools in Al Dakhiliyah Govern-orate. In light of the findings of the study, the study recommended training school principals at all educational levels on the entrepreneurial leadership style, providing financial incentives and rewards for good teachers, and involving them in attending conferences and training programs.
