أثر استخدام روبوتات الدردشة الحية الذكية chatbot في دروس التعلم الذاتي لمادة التصميم والتكنولوجيا على طلاب الصف السادس
The world is currently witnessing a tremendous development in the field of information technologies, artificial intelligence and the Internet of things. At the same time, the world has witnessed a global pandemic since 2020, which is COVID 19, which called for a major transformation in the educational system around the world. Thus, United Arab Emirates sought to transform education to distance learning. In light of on-line learning, some classes were converted to self-learning via the Internet. This caused difficulties for students in understanding the lesson, achieving the outcomes, and decreasing their motivation to learn. Therefore, it was proposed to use smart live chatbots for sixth graders in the online self-learning class. To examine its impact, a pre- and post-test was held, in addition to a survey questionnaire. The results showed a significant effect on increasing their motivation to learn and a clear improvement in their average score, which indicates the achievement of learning outcomes. As their achievement rate in the post-test increased by 2.4, and the questionnaire of the opinion poll on the satisfaction of the students on the ease of using the chatbot showed by more than 90%.
