This study sought to reveal the level of teaching practices of Arabic language teachers by identifying the teaching practices that support the skills of the twenty-first century, the skill of developing higher thinking skills, the skill of managing students’ abilities, and the skill of managing educational techniques. The researcher used in this study the descriptive approach, and the study sample consisted of (25) Arabic language teachers in the primary stage were chosen by simple random method. The observation card was used as a tool to monitor the practices, and its validity and stability were confirmed. Information, communication, professional skills, self-reliant learning and multicultural understanding skill were generally moderate and tended to weak. In light of the results, the study recommended the preparation of a comprehensive plan to spread the culture of twenty-first century skills in the educational field, and to raise awareness of the necessity of providing them to students to prepare them for life and to identify the training needs of Arabic language teachers in the light of twenty-first century skills, in the light of which professional development plans for teachers would be drawn up to develop their performance and invest some lessons of school activity and leisure to develop the skills of the twenty-first century among teachers and students.
