واقع العدالة التنظيمية لدى مديري المدارس والولاء الوظيفي للمعلمين في الحلقة الثانية من التعليم الأساسي بسلطنة عمان
This study aimed to identify the reality of organizational justice among school principals and teachers’ job loyalty in the second cycle of basic education in the Sultanate of Oman, study used a descriptive method, also used the questionnaire to collect data and information were applied to a sample of (360) teachers. The results of the study concluded that the level of school principals’ practice of organizational justice in the second cycle of basic education in the Sultanate of Oman was generally high, and it was also high in all fields: interactive justice, procedural justice, distributive justice, and evaluative justice. The results of the study also revealed that the level of availability of job loyalty among teachers of the second cycle of basic education in the Sultanate of Oman was generally high, and it was also high in all fields: belonging, work participation, organizational commitment, and trust in management.
