The research aimed to detect the effectiveness of cognitive behavioral program for reducing psychological bullying for university students of paranoid personality disorder, and its continuity of effectiveness after the follow-up period, and the differences of psychological bullying and paranoid personality disorder by kind, and detect the dynamic factors about increasing and decreasing psychological bullying among university students, the research sample consisted of (40) university students with paranoid personality disorder, their age ranged between (20-22) year, they divided into 2 groups, Control group (20) university students (10 male, 10 female), with mean age of (20.86) and a standard deviation (0.657), and Experimental group (20) university students (7 male, 13 female), with mean age of (21.17) and a standard deviation (0.599), and The research tools included cognitive behavioral program, psychological bullying scale (prepared by/ researchers), paranoid personality disorder scale (prepared by/ Helsa, Abbas & Farouk, 2006), case study (prepared/ Baza, 2016), Sentence completion test for psychological needs (prepared by/ El-Taib, 2013), the research results revealed the effectiveness of cognitive behavioral program for reducing psychological bullying for university students of paranoid personality disorder, and its continuity of effectiveness after the follow-up period, there are no differences of psychological bullying, but there are for female in paranoid personality disorder, there are dynamic factors responsible about increasing and decreasing psychological bullying for university students.
