This study aims to prepare a measure of emotional intelligence among a sample of students with hearing disabilities in the primary stage, to verify its validity and stability, and to extract its standards. (10) items, controlling emotions (12) items, self-motivation (10) items, empathy and emotional participation (10) items, and social skills (10) items, to develop emotional intelligence, and it was presented to a group of arbitrators to verify its sincerity, and it was the application of this scale to a sample of (100) male and female students in the primary stage whose ages ranged between (9-14) years, then the data was processed statistically, in order to verify its validity and reliability, and its standards were extracted, and thus the scale became valid for use with a degree of high confidence.
