The study aimed to find out the percentage of availability of Twenty First Century skills in reading lessons activities in my book My beautiful language for the fifth and sixth grades in the Sultanate of Oman. To achieve this, the researcher used the descriptive approach, and prepared a list of skills of the XXI century, consisting of (26) an indicator of sub-skills, and a content analysis card. The study population consisted of (499) activities of language skills lessons in "I love my beautiful language" books for the fifth and sixth. The study found that learning and innovation skills are the most available skills of the Twenty First Century in the activities of reading lessons for the fifth and sixth grades of the basic education, followed by career and life skills, then digital culture skills. There are no significant differences between the percentages of all the main skills of the Twenty-First Century in the activities of reading lessons for the fifth and sixth grades of the basic. The study came out with several recommendations, the most important of which are the development of the activities of the book "My beautiful language" for the fifth and sixth grades, which leads to addressing the shortcomings in the inclusion of some skills of the Twenty-First Century, which were clarified by the results of this study, especially the skills of Digital Culture, and the skills of profession and life.
