The study aimed to identify the effectiveness of a training program based on critical thinking skills for developing the practice of evidence based psychological counseling for school psychologists with an average age of (37.1) and a standard deviation of (4079), they were divided into two groups (experimental "10 Psychologist ", control "10 Psychologist"). And the training program based on critical thinking, which were prepared in This study, and through the Mann-Whitney test and the Wilcoxon test. The results of the study reached the effectiveness of the training program based on critical thinking skills in developing the practice of evidence-based psychological counseling for the psychologist.
