This study aims to know the extent of the contribution of speech therapy care based on auditory reeducation in improving the level of oral language in deaf child carrying a cochlear implant, on a sample of (10 cases) divided into two groups : 5 of them are cochlear implant holders and are subject to an speech therapy guarantee for more than 3 years, and 5 of them are cochlear implant holders and have an speech therapy guarantee of less than 3 years. To achieve this study, the descriptive approach was relied on, and to evaluate the oral language, the adapted ELO test was applied by the researcher « Ada dalila », and to answer the questions raised, the Mann- Whitney test was used to find the differences. The results showed that there is a relationship between the speech therapy sponsorship based on auditory education and the level of oral language in the deaf child holding the cochlear implant, and that the period of the speech therapy sponsorship contribute significantly to the development of the oral language, and also showed that there are significant differences between the two groups in favor of the children with cochlear implant and those who are subjected to guarantee speech therapy more than 3 years.
