This study aimed at exploring the predictive ability of practicing extracurricular programs with the organizational performance of the teachers at East Jerusalem schools. It also aimed at revealing whether there are differences that can be attributed to the variables of (gender, years of service in extracurricular programs, and type of job). The study employed the predictive descriptive methodology due to its suitability for the purposes and nature of the study. As for the study population, it consisted of all teachers in East Jerusalem schools, who numbered (351) male and female teachers. A stratified random sample was selected from the teachers at schools in East Jerusalem, where the sample size was (184) male and female teachers. Moreover, as for the process of data collection, the researcher designed tools for the study; it consisted of a tool that measures the reality of the practice of extracurricular programs and consisted of (18) items. In addition, another tool was constructed to measure the organizational performance. It consisted of (3) domains (the field of work discipline, the field of work control, and the field of social interaction) distributed over (18) items. Their psychometric characteristics (honesty and stability) were confirmed. The results of the study showed that the reality of the practice of extracurricular activities among the teachers of East Jerusalem schools was high, and that the level of organizational performance among the teachers of East Jerusalem schools was also high in all its fields (the field of work discipline, the field of work control, and the field of social interaction). On the other hand, the results showed that there are statistically significant differences between the mean estimates of East Jerusalem teachers of the reality of extracurricular programs and organizational performance due to the gender variable, and the differences were in favor of females on both sides. Moreover, there are no statistically significant differences between the mean estimates of East Jerusalem teachers on the reality of the practice of extracurricular programs and on organizational performance due to the variable of years of work. No statistically significant differences were found in the mean estimates of the study sample about the reality of the practice of extracurricular programs due to the job type variable. On the other hand, there are statistically significant differences between the mean estimates of the study sample on the organizational performance due to the job type variable, and it was in favor of non-formal teachers. The results also showed that the practice of extracurricular programs contributed to explaining (58%) of the total interpreted variance. Furthermore, it has been shown that there are (6) out of (18) indicators that have a predictive ability to practice extracurricular programs with organizational performance. In the light of the results, the researcher recommended a number of recommendations, most notably: continuing to practice extracurricular activities by teachers of schools in East Jerusalem, preparing programs and plans for that, and conducting more detailed studies on extracurricular programs and the mechanism of their application in schools. This is in addition to holding training courses and workshops for teachers in extracurricular programs to enhance and develop their skills, try to reduce obstacles to the implementation of extracurricular programs, and conduct educational studies on organizational performance and how to measure it in educational institutions.
