This study aimed at identifying the level of self-management among the teachers of UNRWA schools in Hebron Area Education Office as perceived by teachers themselves according to gender, Area, years of experience. The researcher used the analytical descriptive research method, a questionnaire was used to answer the questions of the study. This questionnaire consisted of four domains: (communication, planning, self-confidence, and time management). The stratified random sample of the study included 109 teachers from the UNRWA schools in Hebron Area Education Office in the first semester of the scholastic year 2022/2023. The results of the study showed a high level of self-management among UNRWA teachers with differences in the level of self-management at the total score attributed to the gender variable in favor of females. Results also showed no differences in self-management level among teachers at the total score due to years of experience and area. (Author’s abstract)
