درجة توافر ثقافة الإبداع الإداري لدى مديري المدارس الخاصّة في محافظة الخليل وعلاقتها بالأداء الوظيفي لدى المعلّمين
This study aimed at exploring the degree of availability of administrative creativity culture among the principals of private schools in Hebron Governorate and its relation to teachers’ job performance in the light of the study variables (gender, years of service, and the directorate). In this study, the researcher adopted the descriptive correlational methodology. The study population consisted of all private school teachers in Hebron Governorate; it included four districts (North Hebron District, Hebron District, South Hebron District, and Yatta District). The number of study population (1008) during the first semester of the academic year (2022/2023). The sample size of the study was (282) male and female teachers who were chosen using the random stratified sampling method, with a percentage of (28%) of the study population. A questionnaire consisting of (57) items distributed on two aspects was applied to the study sample. The first aspect tackled the administrative creativity among private school principals, and consisted of (33) items distributed over four domains. The second aspect was concerned with the job performance of private school teachers and consisted of (24) items. The results of the study showed a strong direct relationship with statistical significance between the degree of availability of administrative creativity culture among private school principals and the level of teachers’ job performance. In this context, the degree of availability of administrative creativity culture among private school principals from the point of view of their teachers was high. The results also showed that the level of job performance among private school teachers in Hebron Governorate was high from their point of view. In addition, the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05 ≥ α) between the mean estimates of private school teachers in Hebron Governorate for the degree of availability of administrative creativity culture among their principals due to the gender variable, while there were statistically significant differences due to the years of service variable in favor of less than 5 years, and the directorate variable in favor of the North Hebron Directorate. Finally, the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05 ≥ α) in the means of private school teachers' estimates in Hebron Governorate, towards their level of job performance attributed to the variables of gender and years of service, while there were statistically significant differences due to the directorate variable for the North Hebron Directorate.
