درجة ممارسة متطلبات إدارة الصّفوف الافتراضيّة لدى الهيئة التدريسيّة في جامعة الخليل من وجهة نظرهم
This study aimed to know the degree of practicing the requirements of virtual classroom management by Hebron University faculty from their point of view, depending on the variables of gender, type of college, years of service and full-time basis. The researcher used Mixed methodology to achieve the study's objectives. the study population consisted of all faculty members at Hebron University, their number was (428) faculty members, and a stratified random sample of(20%) of the faculty members was chosen according to the full-time variable, They were (89) faculty members, and interviews were conducted with (10) faculty members. The researcher used questionnaires and interviews as tools for data and information collection. The questionnaire, which consisted of (49) paragraphs distributed on four fields, arranged in order as follows: planning for teaching content, requirements related to the course, technological and training requirements, requirements for managing and organizing virtual interaction. And the interview, which included a set of open questions related to the practice of virtual classroom management requirements and related to the fields of questionnaire. The following results appeared: 1) The degree of practicing the requirements of virtual classroom management among the faculty members at Hebron University, from their point of view, in general, came to a high degree. 2) There are no statistically significant differences at the significance level (α≤0.05) in the degree of practicing the requirements of virtual classroom management among the faculty members at Hebron University from their point of view due to the variables (gender, years of service, type of college, and full-time). Based on the results, the researcher presented many recommendations, the most important of which were: the importance of activating e-learning and its patterns in educational institutions; To upgrade the educational process and advance it to an advanced and developed level, train lecturers and teachers in all educational sectors to use modern technological techniques, inform them of everything new in the world of technology related to education, and provide training courses and workshops related to e-learning and everything related to it to the lecturers on a regular basis; To continuously develop their skills.
