This study aimed at identifying the reality of organizational justice in its various dimensions (procedural justice/ distributive justice, handling, and evaluation) in East Jerusalem schools from the teachers’ Perspective; and the extent of the existence of differences in the reality of organizational justice according to the variables:( gender, educational qualification, years of experience, and the authority that controls the school). The study came up with suggestions and recommendations to increase the application of organizational justice in our schools. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive-analytical approach was used to identify the actuality of organizational justice in East Jerusalem schools from Perspective of the total (1200) teachers in the first semester of the academic year (2021-2022). The random sampling method was used, through the use of the questionnaire as a tool for collecting data. (200) questionnaires were distributed and (90%) of them were retrieved. The results indicated that the reality of organizational justice in East Jerusalem schools from the teachers’ Perspective came to a high degree, and there were statistically significant differences at the significance degree (α≤ 0.05) between the averages of the total degree response to the reality of organizational justice in East Jerusalem schools from the Perspective of the teachers in favour of the teachers who work in schools under the of the Israeli Ministry of Education authority, and that there are no statistically significant differences at the significance degree (α≤0.05) for the reality of organizational justice in East Jerusalem schools from the teachers’ Perspective due to the variables gender, educational qualification, and years of experience. The researcher recommended several recommendations, the most important of which were paying attention to the concept of organizational justice, especially in the two areas of distribution and handling in order to keep the level of application of justice as high as stated in the results. The researcher also recommended the development of the management and evaluation system in private schools and in schools under the Palestinian Ministry of Education authority and giving larger references to their principals. Finally, the researcher suggested conducting other similar studies on different communities in order to support such studies in the district of Jerusalem. (Author’s abstract)
