نموذج مقترح لإدارة وتطوير الإنضباط المدرسي : الثانوية الثالثة والعشرون أنموذجا
School discipline is one of the most important behaviorsthat facilitate the ability to achieve success and development in societies.Since the quality and behavior of discipline have a great importance, it isnecessary for the school to take advantage during the school hours, andconcentrates on developing the discipline behavior. This study provides apractical proposal program that serves schools to implement the schooldiscipline via different strategies assigned to teachers and schooladministration. By implementing this program, we observed noticeableimprovements regrading school discipline. This study highlights the role ofteachers and school administration in achieving the best school experience thatfacilitate the students to improve. (Author’s abstract)
