The study aimed to discover effective strategies in the principles of scientific research in developing twenty-second century skills with health sciences students in Al Mahwit Governorate. The quasi-experimental model study with a group design was chosen to use and apply tribal methods. The study tool was the twenty-second century skills scale consisting of (9 ) main skills distributed over three sectors, so that the sample consisted of (74) female students confirmed to assist health scientists in the city of Al Mahwit, and the results of the subsequent study were reached: 1) There are statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) between the average number of students in the pre- and post-applications of the 21st Century Skills Scale according to each applied skill expression. 2) There are no statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) between the average number of students in the creative application of the Second Century Skills Scale only according to gender diversity and academic specialization.
