The study aimed to: 1) Prepare an e-book in painting by natural color for students of art education undergraduate. 2) Identify the effectiveness of the use of e-book for the development of some Painting by natural color skills for students undergraduate in art education. And confined to the limits of the study on a sample of students from the fourth level Department of Art Education - College designs and home economics Buraydah - Qassim University for the academic year 2013 - 2014 (22, student). The study followed the following methodology. Descriptive analytical method: Use in the theoretical framework and the development of tools is based upon the collection of information and data, classified and analyzed through the study of literature and studies, and previous research on the subject of the e-book and painting by natural colors. Quasi-experimental approach: is the choice of the study group, and the application of tools, which were selected per cluster, and by comparing the application of tribal / post test scores for the group to test the technical performance of the painting by natural color, and evaluate the card, and the card observation. The study found the effectiveness of the e-book in the development of some Painting by natural color skills for students undergraduate in art education. (Published abstract)
