The study aimed at investigating the relationship between academic procrastination and psychological well-being among Palestinian university students in Hebron Governorate. The researcher used the descriptive method in both analytical and correlational aspects where the researcher developed a Scale (2012) For Academic Procrastination, and a Scale Ryff, (1989) For Psychological Well-Being. The study population consisted of 21,221 students of the Palestinian Universities in Hebron governorate, and was conducted on a sample of (393) students (143 female students), (250 male students). The study found a statistically negative relationship between academic procrastination and psychological well-being, with a correlation coefficient of 0.31.). The results showed that the level of academic procrastination and the degree of psychological well-being among Palestinian university students in Hebron governorate were both in the average level. The study also found that there are statistically significant differences between the means scores of academic procrastinations among Palestinian university students in Hebron governorate due to the gender variable; these differences were in favor of males. The statistically significant differences between the means level of psychological well-being among Palestinian university students in Hebron governorate were attributable to the gender variable; the differences were in favour of females. The differences in the school year variable appeared in favour of senior students, and differences between students were shown due to the change in the Grade Point Average in favor of 66 and above. There were no statistically significant differences between the average academic procrastination grades among Palestinian university students in Hebron Governorate due to the change in the school year and the (GPA) Grade Point Average.
