The study aimed to shed light on the theoretical foundations of the creative economy, diagnose the reality of industrial technical education, a three-year system, to identify weaknesses, the most important strengths and take advantage of them, discover opportunities and confront threats, and identify the reality of the role of industrial technical secondary school in achieving the creative economy to keep pace with the market Work, presenting a proposed strategic plan to achieve the creative economy in industrial technical secondary schools to keep pace with the labor market, with clarification of the mechanisms for its implementation. The study was applied to a sample of (400) male students, and (123) teachers from secondary technical and industrial schools in the Red Sea Governorate. The study also reached a set of results, the most important of which are: The emergence of shortcomings in the role of the school in achieving the creative economy, whether from the point of view of students or teachers, and this may negatively affect the outcomes of this type of education, and the extent to which it keeps pace with the requirements of the labor market, and then it became necessary to develop All elements of the educational system from curricula and teaching methods, student activities, teachers and school administration, and the provision of the necessary material and human capabilities, in addition to providing opportunities for community participation, which contributes to preparing graduates according to the changing labor market requirements and to have their place in the ranks of developed countries.
