مراجعة منهجية للبحوث والدراسات العلمية في الفترة من 2000 إلى 2022م والتي تناولت مهارات التفكير الجغرافي لدى الطلاب في مادة الدراسات الاجتماعية
The study aimed to conduct a systematic review of research and scientific studies that dealt with students’ geographical thinking skills, published in the Arabic language and located in the ALMANDUMAH base in the period from 2000 to 2022 AD. The study used the descriptive survey method, and its population and sample consisted of (28) research and studies, and the study reached a set of results, including: Most of the research and studies were conducted in the years (2012-2022) with a number of (25) researches or studies at a rate of (89.3%), and the largest number of researches or studies was conducted in 2019 with (6) researches or studies at a rate of (21.4) from the study sample. The research and studies conducted in the Arab Republic of Egypt came in the first place, with a number of (21) research and studies, at a rate of (75%), and the results also indicated that most of the research and studies were conducted by one researcher, with a number of (20) research and studies, at a rate of (71.4%), males outperformed females in the number of (15) research and studies, at a rate of (53.6%), and that the majority of research and studies were published with a number of (26) research and at a rate of (92.8%), and that the predominance was for research or studies that used the descriptive and experimental approaches together with a number of (17) research or Study with a percentage of (60.7%), and the most research or studies used the descriptive and experimental approaches together with a number of (17) research or study prevailed at a rate of (60.7%), and that the research or studies that used the sample whose size was from (51-70) individuals was the most used by the number of (8) researches or studies and at a rate of (33.3%), and that the research or studies that used the intentional sample was the highest with the number of (17) research or study, at a rate of (60.6%), and the research or studies that were sampled by males were the most with the number of (13) research or study, at a rate of (52%), also, the research or studies that were its sample from males were the most numerous with the number of (13) research or study at a rate of (52%), and that the research or studies conducted on the intermediate stage were the most with the number of (18) research or study and at a rate of (64.2%),and that the most used tool was a test of geographical thinking skills with a number of (22) research or study, and at a rate of (78.5%). The results also indicated that most of the research and studies focused on studying the effect of one independent variable on geographical thinking skills, and that the statistical analysis showed that there was statistical significance in favor of the experimental group. All the teaching methods used were effective for treating students' low geographical thinking skills, and the study results showed that there are no previous research or studies that dealt with the reasons for students' low geographical thinking skills.
