The study aimed to identify the patterns of family interaction and its relationship to self-efficacy among the pupils of the preparatory stage, the sample of the study reached (298) male and female pupils (141) males (157) females of the third grade preparatory students where they applied the household interaction scale (researcher). The results resulted in: 1) There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of males and females in the patterns of family interaction and self-efficacy in favor of females, 2) a statistically significant correlation between male and female scores in self-efficacy and patterns of family interaction.
