This research aims to extract and process the elements and symbols of the cultural heritage in the Hijaz region to find contemporary formulations using the golden sector, and employ formative formations implemented on the digitally printed scarf with a design vision that keeps pace with the latest global fashion trends and achieve sustainability for the cultural heritage and preserves the Saudi identity, analyzing the views of the research sample to identify the extent of the success of the proposed scarf designs in achieving the merger between the Saudi identity and the functional aesthetic outputs of the digitally printed scarf, and the research followed the descriptive analytical approach in addition to the applied study, the design process stages resulted in (11) designs for the scarf that can be implemented in the manner of digital printing. The results of the research reached to the awareness of the culture of the Hijaz heritage and its dissemination through the proposed scarf designs and the drafting of their ideas according to international fashion trends and fashion houses and international brands emphasizes the Saudi identity. The design of scarves derived from the heritage and the Hijazi heritage achieved the principle of sustainability in the cultural and social affiliation. The researcher recommended studying the heritage and pride in the national identity to enrich the field of fashion design with the Kingdom's 2030 vision, and invited producers and traders to support creative designs in production and export.
