The current research aimed to identify how to benefit from the educational contents of developmental leadership in the management of the public secondary school in Egypt, by revealing the theoretical foundations of developmental leadership, identifying the educational contents of developmental leadership, and identifying the most important features of the management of the public secondary school in Egypt at the present time with determining the most important lessons learned from the educational implications of developmental leadership in secondary school management, and the research employed the descriptive approach to achieve its objectives and answer its scientific questions. One of its most prominent results was that the approach to development leadership necessitates that secondary school leaders adhere to the noble values system, especially mutual respect with all human elements in the school (student - teacher - guardian), as well as the interest of some public secondary schools in developing the network of human relations and activating incentive systems for distinguished human elements successfully.
