The study aimed to identify the relationship between smartphone addiction and each of the quality of sleep and well - being among a sample of university students, as well as to identify the differences between gender (males - females) in the study variables (smartphone addiction - quality of sleep, well being. The study sample consisted of (413) students from the Faculty of Education, Arts and Sciences, Benha University, and their ages ranged from (19-22) years, with an average age of (28.20) years, and a standard deviation is (6765). the study used the smartphone addiction scale. (Prepared by the researcher), the sleep quality scale (prepared by the researcher), and well - being scale (prepared by the researcher). The results of the study showed that there is a negative relationship between smartphone addiction and each of the quality of sleep and well - being among university students, and there are no statistically significant differences between the average scores Males and females on the smartphone addiction scale with its dimensions, the sleep quality scale with its dimensions, and well - being with its dimensions.
