التأثيرات المباشرة وغير المباشرة للسعادة النفسية وما وراء المعرفة في الإبداع التدريسي لدى معلمي التعليم العام والتربية الخاصة
The current study aimed to identify the correlational relationships among psychological happiness, metacognition and creative teaching, and to determine a structural model that shows the effect of psychological happiness and metacognition on the creative teaching of (128) teachers of general education (89) and special education (39) in Arar city, located in northern of Saudi Arabia. The researcher used three scales, which included the psychological happiness scale, the metacognitive awareness scale, and the creative teaching scale. The results of the study indicated that there is a medium-term positive correlation between psychological happiness and metacognition, a medium-term positive correlation between psychological happiness and creative teaching, a medium-term positive correlation between metacognition and teaching creativity. The results of the study indicated also matching the theoretical structural model to the data. It has indicators of good perfect index, and indicated that metacognition partially mediates the relationship between psychological happiness and teaching creativity. (Published abstract)
