متطلبات اعتماد المؤسسات التعليمية في مصر على ضوء النماذج العالمية للجودة : دراسة تحليلية
The aim of the current research is to identify the features of international models of quality, to display the scientific basis for accreditation of educational institutions, and to reveal the most important requirements for accreditation of educational institutions in Egypt. The current research used the descriptive and analytical method, and the research reached several results, the most important of which are: Administrative requirements, including an effective administrative organization, empowering teachers, providing human and financial resources, defining tasks and duties for leaders and teachers in the field of accreditation, adopting a philosophy of education that achieves quality and accreditation standards, and disseminating it in society and in pre-university education institutions and central, local and school educational administration, Organizational requirements, including the formation of a committee for quality assurance and accreditation and specifying its tasks, setting up a system for auditing and accounting, training a monitoring and self-evaluation apparatus, with setting up a declared system for incentives and setting objective standards for performance measurement, personal requirements including awareness of the accreditation culture, satisfaction with accreditation standards, and commitment to developing institutional and professional behavior, Professional requirements, including the existence of clear goals for the school and its development, the continuous improvement of all study programs, the material equipment and facilities accompanying the development of global educational systems, environmental requirements, and the formation of an integrated database on school accreditation, its problems, issues and programs.
