فاعلية استخدام أطلس تفاعلي في تدريس الدراسات الاجتماعية لتنمية اتجاهات طالبات الصف التاسع الأساسي نحو القضايا السكانية
The current study aimed at investigating the effectiveness of using interactive atlas in developing the attitudes of the nine grade students towards population issues. The researcher used quasi-experimental research and the study sample consisted of 133 female students. It was divided into two groups: the experimental group, which consisted of (65) students, and the control group of (68) students. The experimental group was taught by interactive atlas while the control group was taught by the traditional method. The data was collected by attitudinal scale. The validity of these instruments was checked by a panel of judges and reliability was examined by using Alpha-Cronbach which was (0.892) for the scale. The results showed significant differences at the level (α=0.05) between the means of the groups in favor to experimental groups in attitudes towards population issues. The researcher recommended using interactive atlas in the filed due to its importance in providing supportive and encouraging learning environment. (Published abstract)
