The study aimed to identify the level of acceptance of middle school teachers in public schools at the State of Kuwait of the opportunities and challenges resulting from the technological integration of learning based on the digital education model, by identifying the nature of technological integration of learning and its justifications, reviewing the most prominent features of the digital education model, and how to benefit from it to achieve optimal technological integration, in order to build a successful, continuous and effective educational system that keeps pace with the data of the modern era and its challenges, and its technological, cognitive, cultural, economic and social changes for all. For comprehensive and sustainable development, this project focuses were on one of the main aspects of the digital education model, which is (Digital Acceptance). It highlights the basic elements, represented by opportunities, and the elements of learning: flexible teaching, intellectual openness and partnership; As well as in the challenges and the elements of self-responsibility, continuous change, and adapting to developments. The descriptive approach was used to achieve the objectives of this project, using a questionnaire to collect and analyze data, which was prepared to be applied to a random sample of middle school teachers at the State of Kuwait. The sample consisted of male and female teachers in public schools. In the current project has included demographic variables that are relevant to the research problem and can positively contribute to the findings of this project were applied in the field.
