The current research aimed at developing the skills of Egyptian- Japanese school principals, and the study used the descriptive approach, to deal with the reality living in Egyptian-Japanese schools in Egypt with monitoring this reality, in addition to research in order to reach scientific results through which a set of measures can be directed that contribute to defining features. The proposed scenario for developing the skills of Egyptian-Japanese school principals in Egypt. The results of the study concluded: The Egyptian Japanese School unit sets criteria for selecting the school principal, according to what is determined by the ministry. The lack of interest of the school principal in developing a future vision for the school's work, Lack of participation of the school principal in the school's strategic planning team, Egyptian Japanese school principals are interested in holding partnerships with productive civil society institutions, Lack of interest in using experts from the local community to solve school issues.
